Software Developer
The interview kicked off with a brief 15-minute intro chat that was pretty chill. The recruiter wanted to get a sense of my background, my journey into software development, and what I'd been working on lately. We chatted about hard skills, went over the product line, and discussed my experience with project management and working with cross-functional teams. It was interesting how technically focused the team seemed right from the start – they clearly value developers who are critical thinkers and can thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment. The whole thing felt smooth and organized, giving me a solid first impression of their internal operations.

Finance Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard. I applied online and got a call back pretty quickly, within a few days. Then there were two interviews. First up was an HR screening call where we chatted about my background and what they were looking for. After that, I had a more detailed interview with the finance team. They seemed really smart and knowledgeable about using data to make decisions. It was clear they value analytical skills and use some good tech for finance stuff. I was impressed with how organized and well-thought-out the whole thing was. I ended up taking the job because it seemed like a good balance of challenging work and opportunities to grow, and the team vibe felt right.
- Can you share an example of a contribution you made at a prior company and its quantifiable results?
- Describe how you’ve leveraged data or technology tools to enhance a financial process or reporting in your previous position.
Customer Support Manager
You'll start with an AI bot interview that seems designed to make you fail. It's a 45-minute session where you're recorded. The questions are a mix of Logic/SAT style and Customer Experience AI scenarios. It felt like the AI generated all the questions, and the hiring manager might not even pass it. You won't have enough time to think, and by the time you read the long questions, half the time is gone. Use a smaller screen to see questions, answers, and the timer better. The multiple-choice answers shuffle around. They seem really proud of hiring only the top 1%, which felt like a red flag given the pay. The question creator is apparently an Elon fanboy/girl, another red flag. And a mattress company being AI-first feels questionable, a third red flag. The biggest red flag, though, is that they seem to have moved their headquarters to Dubai to avoid US taxes.
- Regarding a father and son, last year the father was twice as old as his son.
AI Workflow Specialist
The interview process had 2 initial easy phases. Phase 1 was a 30-minute online test with a camera and audio on, where an AI chatbot asked basic role-related and logic questions. Phase 2 involved a case study with a brief presenting a real-life problem to solve using a Claude project, including answering questions in a design document. Feedback for these phases was prompt, with results shared two days after submission. Phase 3 was a Zoom interview with the chief of staff. The interviewer had a nonchalant tone from the start, and the interview felt rushed, with no introductions or feedback on my answers, despite them being good. I observed a noticeable bias towards Indian candidates, especially from their Dubai team. It seems candidates named Dinesh or Prakash with some role knowledge would easily pass.
- Can you discuss your past work experiences?
