The interview process for this job was pretty straightforward. It started with an initial interview to discuss your general qualifications, usually with the department manager. After that, there was a second interview with the general store manager, focusing more on your strengths, personal qualities, and when you're available to work. For me, the whole thing took about three weeks from start to finish.

You will fill out some online forms on their worker website, including a personality quiz, a section about following rules, and a page for your work history. During the in-person interview, they will ask why you want to work at Publix and what you'd contribute to the team. My manager also talked about how Publix has improved over time, like its benefits and his thoughts on the company mission.
