So, this was a case study discussion for my interview. For those looking to interview here, here are some tips: expect a long interview, about 2.5 hours, and be ready for a lot of questions, around 30-40. You really need to get all of them right because they seem to be strict and might reject you even if you only miss one or two. I read some reviews beforehand, and many people had bad experiences with the case study part, but I went ahead anyway. Turns out, the case study prep was a waste of time because they didn't ask anything about it. The interviewer, who has been in the industry for over 20 years, asked a lot of questions about various technologies like Kafka, Redis, Elastic Search, databases, Java, Spring, Angular, and microservices, but only on topics they were comfortable with. Good luck if you decide to go for it, just be ready for a wide range of tech questions.

The whole thing had 6 rounds. Mainly, they evaluated me through a case study and then a follow-up interview after the case study. They asked a lot of questions about different situations, Agile methodologies, and key performance indicators.

The interview process was very efficient. Round 1 was a discussion with a peer in a similar role on Day 1. Round 2 was a written test on Day 3. Round 3 was a personal interview with the region head, also on Day 3. Round 4 was an interview with leadership on Day 10. It was very streamlined; everything except the leadership round was completed in a single working day. After the discussion with the VP of Technology, which was about 7 days after rounds 1 and 2, an offer was placed within 3 working days. One key point was that the person for round 1 was leaving the team, so I didn't get positive feedback on the role, team, or organization, which was demotivating. The second peer I spoke with sounded like the job was impossible to do or learn, but aside from that demotivating part, everything else was positive and encouraging.
