Really easy process with just 2 interviews and no tests. It’s super chill and they have a couple of the managers on their just kinda watching so just be yourself and it’ll go just fine because they are chill good people

So, first there was a phone screen, and then I had an in-person interview. The in-person part was pretty standard, with some technical questions and then a deep dive into the industry and how things are structured here at PCG. Met with about 5 people in total. Just a heads up, they use HireRight for background checks, and that can take a bit – mine took two weeks. The people I met seemed really sharp and knew their stuff.

I applied through RippleMatch and about 2 weeks later, an HR person got in touch via email to let me know I was moving on. She then set up an interview with the Dev team Lead and a Senior Software Developer at PCG. The questions were a mix of behavioral and basic technical questions.
