The interview process involved three initial rounds, which included technical and aptitude assessments online. Following that, there were two offline technical rounds, and finally, an HR round. The aptitude part was tough, but the coding questions were okay. Besides the aptitude, the subsequent rounds featured medium-level questions, like asking about palindromes.

The interview process went smoothly. I interviewed with the team manager for the main interview rounds. The candidate experience was fine. The recruiter was a bit pushy after the offer, saying she'd give it to someone else if I didn't accept within 2-3 hours.

I interviewed with a recruiter on Jan. 26, 2023, and passed to move to the final interview on Jan. 27, which I also passed. My last test was the Berlitz test, which I passed. The recruiter called to let me know I passed the Senior Recruiter position and I was told to wait for the JO and tentative start date. They offered me a chance to apply for the Boston premium account on March 2, but I failed the 2nd Ops validation because of credential issues. I didn't hear from them again until March 21, when the recruiter messaged me on Viber asking if I could start April 11, 2023, for the original job post I passed. I resigned from my current job immediately to make the April 11 start date, but shortly after, the same recruiter messaged me that the headcount for April 11 was full and I would have to wait for updates for the next batch. I ended up withdrawing my application because I got a better job offer elsewhere. I wish your hiring process was better, especially with committing to the timelines you share.

It was super fast. First, an internal recruiter talked to me and then set up an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager role is mostly operations. The recruiter told me pretty much what to expect, and wow, the questions were exactly that. Just make sure you have good interview manners, like a decent setup for remote work.
