The interview went well. I was called for a follow-up a few days later, and the recruiter left me a voicemail. I called her back, but never heard from her again. Now, two months later, the role was eliminated and I just received an email about it. The recruiter's slowness was a real buzzkill.

They had me follow the STAR format, which made up about 90% of the questions they asked. These questions were somewhat difficult. The STAR format is Situation Task Action Result. What made it intimidating was having to fill out a packet of information while they were speaking with me.

I applied online and heard back in a week for a phone interview. It was a technical round but mostly about general experience. The next week, I had a face-to-face interview with a 3-person panel. They asked behavioral questions using the TASK format. For prep, check PSEG's website for sample questions. They also asked simple technical questions. The following week was a face-to-face leadership interview focusing on career goals, motivation, and demotivation.
