Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online on July 22nd. Soon after, I got an email asking me to do an online assessment, which included personality questions (agree/disagree type) and a quick virtual role-play for the call center job. Then, on July 25th, a recruiter called me to discuss the job basics and ask about my past experience. They set up an in-person interview for the next day. The interview was on July 26th and lasted about an hour and a half. First, the recruiter went over more job details and asked common interview questions. After that, I got a tour of the facility, seeing the gym, lunch area, break rooms, and the different call centers. I also got to listen in on some calls from current employees for about 10 minutes. Then, the recruiter discussed the available shifts, and I picked a 4x10 schedule, although 5x8 shifts were also an option. They offered me the job right then, and I finished my I9 paperwork. I'm really excited!
