Intern
It was an online interview that lasted 30 minutes. They asked me about my qualifications, focusing on my academic background and previous work experience. I was also asked about my understanding of the roles and responsibilities for the position I was applying for.
- Tell me about your academic background.
- Can you detail your previous work experience?
- What do you understand about the roles and responsibilities of this position?

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. The recruiter was almost 10 minutes late to the phone interview without apologizing and took 5 days to respond to my initial email. After the interview, she promised an update by the end of the week, but it's been two weeks with no response. Wasted my time.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at PSCU?
Data Analytics Intern
I applied online and had a one-way screening interview that asked behavioral questions. If selected, I then interviewed with a hiring manager who asked about basic statistics, SQL, and Python, as well as questions from my resume.
- Tell me about challenges you faced during a project.
- Can you explain basic statistics?
- Do you know SQL?
Fraud Detection Specialist
It was a really long process. First, I did an online interview where I had to pre-record my answers to about 10 questions. Each answer had a 3-minute limit and I got 3 tries for each. After about a week, a recruiter confirmed the role details like salary, start date, and schedule because it's remote. Once I agreed, I had to do a background check, drug test, and fill out I-9 forms. Even after all that, they told me 3 weeks later that I didn't get the job due to a change that happened right after my start date.
- What basic technology knowledge do you have?
- Can you describe your previous experiences?
