Behavioral Case Presentation

I had a phone interview with an HR person from the DC office. It was super short, under 20 mins, just asking about my resume and why I'm interested in this job, market research, and PSB. Then, I got a writing assignment where I had to look at survey data and make a fake client presentation. It took a while but I had a few days. If they liked my work, I had an in-person interview with three 1:1s with 2 senior analysts and 1 director, each about 20-30 mins. Two of them involved case questions, where they showed me graphs they make for clients and asked me to interpret them. They also asked a lot about my past research experience and how I think about graphs and data.

Behavioral Technical

They had two interview rounds. First, a quick Zoom with HR, who then gave me a skills test. I had a week to finish the test (a 5-7 slide PowerPoint) and send it back. If they liked my PPT, they set up a second round with some senior staff. I interviewed with four people at once. The whole thing took ages, and I don't recommend reaching out because it doesn't help. Expect a long haul, maybe three months from the screening request. The interviewers were really nice, though. Some questions were tougher than normal behavioral ones, as they really wanted to dig into my personal and professional background to understand who I am.
