For the in-person interviews, you'll chat with 2-3 junior folks. They'll ask about why you're into the company and this field, some standard questions to connect your background to the role, and a few to check out your analytical and strategic thinking skills. Just show you're keen on the company and industry, give well-thought-out answers, and be yourself. No need to sound like you've rehearsed; just answer honestly. After that, you might meet with Directors or VPs if they're around. The interviews are pretty chill, just like the work vibe. Most people wear jeans and a button-up. Don't stress too much about your outfit, but still dress smart for the interview. The main thing is to come across as smart, a hard worker, and genuinely interested, and they'll be interested in you.

It was a pretty quick process, and I was hired last minute as an intern. Initially, I was told interns would work 28 hours a week, but then the setup changed, and I ended up working 20 hours because there were two interns on our team, which worked out fine for me.

Interviewed with HR and an analyst. It was quick and mostly about whether I'd fit in the company. The analyst who interviews prospective interns and employees really grills people. Don't let them intimidate you though, because most of the skills can be learned on the job. I'd recommend seriously thinking about the offer if they give you one.
