one of the interviewers did not show her face even though company requested for a face-to-face video interview. Thought it was rather rude. Interviewers asked a lot about personal interests and hobbies, not relevant to job role or job requirements. Seems really keen on my personal life, rather than on my interest in the job. i interviewed for a system engineer role, because i decided on a career pathway i want to embark on, but interviewer asked a lot about why i did not choose other occupations or job roles instead.

The interview process is pretty straight forward for fresh grads. The questions asked won't be too technical. If you show the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to support 24/7 systems, your chance of winning the job should be quite high. Supporting 24/7 doesn't mean you don't need to sleep every day. Rather, there will be a team of engineers supporting a common set of systems, and each will take turns supporting at night if the system encounters any issues.

Got there a bit early and ended up waiting around an hour for my interview. The session itself was with two managers who were really friendly and made an effort to put me at ease. They asked a fair number of questions, but I think if you're ready, you'll be fine answering them.
