The interview process started with a typical screening call from the HR recruiter to go over my resume. This went well and I was told I'd hear back about a second round interview quickly. However, after multiple follow-up emails and being told repeatedly that the recruiter was meeting with the hiring manager, it took almost three weeks to finally hear back. At that point, I was informed they had moved forward with other candidates. It felt like the significant delay probably didn't help my chances.

It was short, impersonal one-on-ones with whoever was available on the Operations staff. The Quality manager was only interested in how the role could benefit their team. The overall process was long and the communication was very poor throughout the ambiguous stages.

  • In what ways could you contribute to the Quality team?
  • Describe your approach to managing challenging interactions with union employees.

Technical Other

Had an initial hr phone interview that lasted 30 minutes, followed by a logical-mathematical test that took about an hour. If that went well, there was a technical interview with the team lead and function manager. Then, a cross-functional interview with someone from operations. The whole thing took about 4 hours.
