Graduate Engineer
The interview process is divided into 3 stages. I have passed the first stage with the HR team, and the second is with the Hiring Manager. The third is going to be with everyone in hiring.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your relevant experience in terms of years, industry, and role?
- What are your salary expectations?
Graduate Engineer
I applied in early November 2017 and got an offer by the second week of Feb 2018. The interview process had 4 stages. First, there was an online application and screening. Then, an online test from the Hiring Partner. After that, an Assessment Day with other shortlisted candidates, which included a group case study, an individual presentation, and a 1-on-1 interview with the country HR manager focusing on competencies. Finally, there was a more personal and informal interview with regional managers/directors to get to know me better.
- Can you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- Describe a challenging situation you faced with a team member or colleague.
Graduate Engineer Trainee
For the Prysmian Southampton Graduate Engineering Trainee role, the telephonic interview usually covers technical questions, some background chat, and problem-solving situations. They also check your communication skills, motivation, and if you're interested in the cable manufacturing industry.
- What makes you want to join Prysmian Group?
