It was a good interview, the team was really nice and welcoming. But then they ghosted me and didn't reply to my follow-up email. The communication was disappointing even though the first impression was good.

I had a call with a recruiter, and then it took a while to get an update via email or phone. After that, I interviewed with the Director for APAC, which was easy, but then another long wait for an update. Then I interviewed with the CEO, HR Director, and the reporting manager. It seemed nice and easy, but again, there was a long wait for an update. They asked me to do a psychological test, a logical test, and a numeration test, and after that, another long wait. Finally, I got a call, but the offer wasn't what was previously discussed. I expected someone very skillful, but I'm not sure about their offering. I was very disappointed. The whole process took about 4 months.
