The interviewer wants to hire qualified staff for the job. She offered a full-time role but suggested starting part-time and then moving to full-time. I realized that I could manage the workload and deadlines with good time management because the job is so autonomous. I was confident I'd get the job, but my inability to leave my current role immediately was a problem.
