So the interview stuff was set up really nicely and worked out well for me. It usually starts with them looking at my application and then a quick chat to see if I'm a good fit. After that, there's usually at least one interview, maybe a skills test too, and then they decide if they want to hire me and get me started.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very smooth and everyone was really nice and welcoming. Mark greeted me when I arrived. While I waited, two ladies from claims, Ms. Shelby and Ms. Ashley, gave me some encouraging words which helped calm my nerves. Ms. Liz gave me a quick tour and took me to the interview room with the AVPs. The panel interview was about 30 minutes. The questions were direct and I had enough time to answer. Even though I was a little nervous at first, the whole experience was great. I'm looking forward to hearing from them and hoping for a positive outcome!

Behavioral Technical

The interviewer wants to hire qualified staff for the job. She offered a full-time role but suggested starting part-time and then moving to full-time. I realized that I could manage the workload and deadlines with good time management because the job is so autonomous. I was confident I'd get the job, but my inability to leave my current role immediately was a problem.
