Saw the position on LinkedIn and had a friend refer me internally. After 2 weeks, I was called for a phone screen, and then immediately had 4 face-to-face interviews in the office. The interviewers were very nice. The screening interview could be better, as 2 interviewers interviewed me in under 25 minutes, which felt rushed, and I couldn't ask many questions or explain my answers fully. I received an offer the day after the face-to-face interviews.

First, there was a phone interview, pretty standard behavioral stuff like talking about past projects. Then, I went in person to meet with a VP (Level 07). He started by explaining his role and the company's project management approach, then just went over my resume, asking about my background, what I'm interested in, and why Prudential. He also asked about my post-college plans. It was super chill and friendly. Right after that, I talked to two project managers at the same time. They were also really nice and friendly, just like the VP. We mostly went over my resume again, digging deeper into my past experiences and what I learned from them.

I went through several rounds of interviews and then got an automated email saying I didn't get the job. I tried to follow up to thank them and ask for feedback, but never heard back. The recruiter was really responsive until the end, when I got the rejection notice. It would have been nice to get a personal email about it and the reasons why.
