I interviewed with the management team for a finance leadership role. The FP&A and controllership functions are combined for this position, which is unusual compared to most companies, or maybe it's just specific to this business.

This was a two-round interview process. The second round was a 'super day' where I had to do a bunch of things, both in groups and individually. The group part involved us working together on a case study and then presenting our solution to the people at the company. Then, I had individual interviews with different people from the firm.

Applied for an internship via the university site. Got an interview scheduled for a week later. It was a one-on-one with a current associate. The interview was mostly behavioral and fit-focused. The interviewer was super nice and respectful, and told me to reach out if I had questions later.
