They emailed me some questions that I had to answer. Lots of questions about my past experience. Also, you have to get licensed (Series 7, 66, 215 Life/Health Insurance) before you can start.

The interview process had 3 steps. The only issue was that it took longer than I would have liked. The people were quality, and I got to meet my direct report in the second interview. I had to wait about a month after that. Other than the wait, it was a great process.
