Research the interviewers company technicals and youll be fine. Most of the questions were pretty surface level and didnt get too deep. Just make sure to study. Two rounds of interviews- 1) met with hr, was pretty standard. 2) met with an associate and ran through technicals and got cut loose after that.
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- What makes you interested in this particular role?

I applied through my school's career development website and had an on-campus interview within 2 weeks. It was a basic screening, covering general internship info and behavioral questions about group and individual work environments. They were very friendly. I heard back the next day for a second round. The HR team was quick to answer my questions, and they arranged and covered transportation to the Prudential site. Upon arrival, I got clear directions and an overview of the two-person interview format. After being led to a room, my interviewers joined shortly. The questions were straightforward behavioral ones, with more in-depth discussions about the position and potential future opportunities. Everyone was super friendly. I received feedback in 3 days and an on-phone offer with job details and what to expect in the formal email offer.
- Can you work independently with minimal guidance?
- Describe a time you made a decision that wasn't popular and explain the outcome.
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?

Applied on the company site. Got a call from staffing a few days later to talk about the role, my salary expectations, and background/availability. First interview had several directors from the department. After that, there was an online assessment at home for math, verbal, and situational questions; these were timed and tough. Surprisingly, I got a call the next day to set up a second interview with VPs and senior staff. After the interview, staffing called with positive feedback. An offer came two days later. After accepting, there's a background and credit check, and a drug screening to finish.
