First round was with 1-2 team leaders from campus recruiting. If you pass that, you get invited to a second round (super day) at the office. The super day had many interviews back-to-back. The directors or VPs wanted to get to know you, so you had to maintain a friendly, talkative, and outgoing demeanor. This company really values cultural fit; they interview many qualified people, so if they don't like you, they won't hire you. The company was communicative and kept me updated. They stuck to their timelines with a quick turnaround from the second rounds to offers.

I found the job online and a Staffing specialist reached out within ten days. We then scheduled an interview to meet three people from the team I'd be joining, with about a half hour set aside for each. The questions were about the job and felt more like a natural conversation rather than a formal interview. We talked about what the team needed and how I could add value. It was a really positive experience, everyone was very upfront and friendly. There weren't any surprise questions, just the standard 'tell me about yourself' and questions about the job description.
