I was passed to another person for an interview, different from the initial caller because she was busy. They stated online it was from this company, but then the interviewer said it's actually with a new company I've never heard of. After I explained all my experiences and they told me everything needed. It seems like there's no career progression, even though she tried to make it seem like there was. The work hours are long, 5.5 days a week, and the pay is peanuts. Someone with a degree was offered below 1.7k! They said my business-related degree wasn't relevant. It's ridiculous. Don't they even know the market rate! It was a waste of time.

Uni students, be aware of this ridiculous interview scam. I interviewed for a part-time admin role, paying $12-$18/hr for replying to emails. Sounds too good to be true? It is. My friend went through the same and HR never got back to her. The interviewer said I was 'overqualified' as a uni student, but I still didn't pass. It's just a gimmick to recruit insurance agents. They make you fill out a form about your future job aspirations. Both my friend and I said no to selling insurance, so we got nothing out of it. Big waste of time. Please don't use these cheap recruitment tricks.
