First, there was a CV round. Then, a phone call to check if you are still interested in the position and to check your 3 languages (Dutch/ French /English). After that, an SHL Test, which included a Verbal reasoning test, a Numeric test, and a Logical reasoning test. Finally, an assessment day where you start with 6 people and during the day certain people will be sent home depending on their performance during that day.
