The interview process was simple and straightforward. The people were knowledgeable and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was a mix of technical and personal questions. The interview took about 50 minutes, and I left feeling satisfied. The only difficulty I had was finding parking, which was a nightmare.

The interview process for the Internal Communication Manager role was very well organized. Communication was clear and prompt throughout. The interviews themselves were respectful and gave me a good understanding of the job. I had to complete three business cases: first, an online test, then a video introduction where I answered questions and tackled some cases, and finally, more cases during the in-person interview. I put in a lot of prep time, but it was worth it because the cases were interesting, gave me a real feel for the job, and solidified my interest in this type of work. Big thanks to Gilles, the recruiter, for making the experience so positive. I'll likely apply again.

The interview process starts with an analytical test. After that, you need to record yourself answering questions in English, French, and Dutch. The final stage includes HR interviews. Just a heads up, I'd strongly advise against applying to this company if you have any self-respect; it's a toxic environment. Interviews should be a two-way street, but here they act like you should be grateful just to be considered, and they won't answer any questions you ask them.

Applied online and got a call from the recruiter asking basic details and scheduled an interview. The virtual interview was 1 hour long with people from several departments. Overall experience was good and there were lots of questions. Got an offer in a few days. Didn't like they considered my current package which was in a country with a different currency and lower cost of living even though it was a senior level salary in the country I was in. Also, they didn't offer relocation support.
