It’s pretty difficult. You have 3-4 rounds starting from TLs to sr managers to directors then HR. The test your communication skills and how many tools you’re aware of & how confident are you. Interviews happen in person also.

First, there was a resume screening. Then, an online assessment covering aptitude and basic reasoning. After that, selected students were invited to their site for a group discussion (GD), followed by two technical personal interviews (PIs). Finally, there was an HR and Director round.

You will never know if you get the job or not. Guess when questions will get harder. The director asks the same questions as others. Questions are similar to Google's and repeated for all candidates. Aptitude includes English, reasoning, and math, but the essay topic is key, testing only vocab and writing. Everything is easy, but you won't know the outcome.
