Behavioral Case

The interview process involved 3 interviews in total. Two of them were behavioral interviews and one was a case study. One of the interviews lasted for about an hour or two and involved speaking with multiple people. The people were nice. The case study was given 24 hours before, giving ample time to prepare.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty straightforward process with behavioral and case interviews. They have a really supportive interview environment, which I liked. The behavioral part was standard, and the case study was given beforehand. It was a simple diagram analysis task, and I had a day to complete it. Not too much pressure, overall a good experience.

Behavioral

I was contacted in October for an interview as a Protiviti Milan intern. After the interview, there was a month of silence. I then followed up with an email to HR who organized the interview to get feedback, but I didn't get a response. Apparently, this is a systematic modus operandi rather than an oversight, given that a friend of mine received the same treatment. It's sad to see international companies like this provincialize themselves and adapt - with all due respect to manners - to the "best practices" of Italian selection processes.
