I applied online, then got an interview that same week. They mentioned I'd need to pass a background check before they could give me a job offer. The interview itself was professional and I was greeted by friendly people.

Disappointed at this bank. This is one of a very few that require apparently a credit review prior to getting interviewed or anything else for that matter. They really will not look at your resume of capacity to do the job you are applying for. There is really is no relevance in someone's capacity to perform a job function based on credit.... Well not only do they use credit to deter good employees but their pay is way under industry standards. I just sent my resume and application to them to see what the outcome would be since I knew if they would have said sure come in for an interview I would have said no solely on their pay scale grade. There is no reason to work for a "for profit" bank with good credit to work for a low paying career. I would recommend to work for the big 5 banks with better pay and benefits that don't use credit as a key selection process. Chase,BofA,BBVA WF PNC etc will do better!

I showed up early for my interview. The interviewer was late and then spent time printing materials. They got another interviewer to help, and we started 25 minutes late. The interview covered typical questions about handling angry customers and providing excellent customer service. It lasted about 15-20 minutes. They mentioned they had one more interview with a part-time teller seeking a full-time position. Given my banking experience, I asked for a higher salary than they likely intended to pay, and the part-time teller probably would accept less, making them the obvious choice. The interview itself was easy, but the bank seemed unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience. Apply elsewhere!

It was pretty straightforward, they asked some basic stuff. We talked about my availability and how much I wanted to get paid. They also wanted to know about my past jobs and if I'd handled cash before. The manager let me know what the job involves day-to-day.
