The interview process was friendly and pleasant. The first round was on-site, requiring travel from NRW. The second round was online. Unfortunately, I was rejected because they wanted someone with more experience. This seemed contradictory, though, as my qualifications were apparently sufficient for both rounds. Plus, they mentioned in the first round that they needed exactly my area of experience. It's very likely the reason was something else, but they wanted to give an officially acceptable reason. The on-site interview focused heavily on my experience, with some very specific technical questions. What was strange was their focus on my current living situation and concern about me finding an apartment in Munich. I don't think that should be a reason for rejection. Since I've moved multiple times for studies or work, I would have found accommodation for ProSieben too. I'd suggest mentioning friends and relatives already living in or near Munich. Otherwise, the conversations were always very appreciative, even if I couldn't understand the reason for the rejection.

The interview process was quick, finishing in under 3 weeks and consisted of 3 stages. They let me know the decision after each stage within 1-2 business days, which was really efficient. Everyone I talked to was super nice. They gave good feedback after the technical interview and even said good work, which shows their great company culture. It made the conversations relaxed and easy. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

The conversation with the department was very relaxed. No trick questions or anything like that. It was an open and honest exchange. Scheduling suggestions and communication were very fast and uncomplicated. I received the rejection the very next day by phone.

First, I had a video interview which went pretty well. Then, I was given a task to complete. After that, there was another round of interview where I had to explain my task. The interviews and the task itself went well, and I understood why I wasn't selected.
