Client Service Associate
i had an initial screening, it was a zoom call for about 30 minutes. the interviewer was nice and asked a lot of competency questions. i got rejected but they gave me personal feedback after, which was a great help for my future interviews.
- From an associate's perspective, how would you introduce Prosapient to someone unfamiliar with the company?
Client Service Associate
After submitting my online application, there was a prescreen interview, then a case study, then a behavioral interview, and finally an offer. It took about 2 weeks from applying to the first interview, and then another 2 weeks until the next scheduled interview. The whole process felt a bit slow and dragged on, but honestly it gave me plenty of time to prepare.
- Can you explain the responsibilities of an associate?
- What can you tell me about Prosapient?
- What are some potential challenges that Prosapient might encounter?
Client Service Associate
The interview process was pretty good, they actually stuck to the timeline they gave. When it came to letting you know if you passed or not, they added a personal touch – a phone call for passing candidates. Communication was also good. The only thing was after I got the offer and asked some clarifying questions about the contract details, I didn't get any feedback.
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
- What would you say are your best skills?
