So there were 3 steps in the interview process. First, a quick HR interview. Then, there was a case study about clients that involved a presentation. It was a deep dive into client relationships and team member specifics. I had to explain client prioritization and how I'd handle underperforming team members, among other things. They gave me good feedback, and the whole thing went really smoothly.

Behavioral Technical

Was reached out by someone from the talent team directly asking if I wanted to apply. Had several calls with various members of the team (Talent/Hiring Team, Team Leaders and VP), was told they were still building out the interview process(?) and would be in touch. Chased the recruiter who reached out to me but ended up being ghosted. Odd experience, and didn't seem organised at all. I'm sure this won't be everyones experience but wanted to flag.

After submitting my online application, there was a prescreen interview, then a case study, then a behavioral interview, and finally an offer. It took about 2 weeks from applying to the first interview, and then another 2 weeks until the next scheduled interview. The whole process felt a bit slow and dragged on, but honestly it gave me plenty of time to prepare.

The application was easy to fill out. I got to the first interview with HR and it was a bad experience. The recruiter wasn't paying attention and was looking at other apps on their computer, which I could see in the screen reflections. Even though I used the STAR method, they kept asking me to elaborate on the same question 2-3 times. At one point, I asked a question at the end of my answer and they just said 'can you please elaborate'. It was obvious they weren't listening at all. After the interview, I didn't get to ask any questions, and when I emailed them my questions, they ignored me and just rejected me. I don't know why they wasted my time if they already decided not to hire me?
