I went through 4 interviews. The first was a recruiter phone call to chat about the role and see if I was a fit, pretty chill. Then I met with the Director of Accounting, who would be my boss. The third interview was with the VP of Technical Accounting, and I had to do an assessment beforehand, which wasn't too tough, just to see how I'd handle accounting problems. The final round was with the CFO. The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks due to scheduling hiccups and some confusion, but it could probably be done in 2-3 weeks.

The interview process was quite extensive, which initially surprised me given the invite. However, I actually enjoyed the extended interaction, as it provided a great chance to connect with various people across the company. This multi-perspective engagement offered a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and different roles. While the waiting period to hear back about the hiring decision was longer than anticipated, I appreciated that they did follow up, unlike some other companies that leave you completely in the dark.
