The interview process had six stages: first, an Internal Recruiter filtering, then an Interview with Upper Management. After that was a Technical Interview with a pair programming task, followed by a Take-Home Assignment w/ review interview. Next, a Technical Interview with a whiteboard and troubleshooting exercise, and finally another Technical Interview. Overall I found this quite overkill, four stages would have been sufficient. In the end, I decided that the company wasn't going to give me enough opportunities for career growth.

So I had my first screening interview, which went pretty good. Then I moved on to the second stage and had an interview with the hiring manager. That one didn't quite work out though, as it turned out they were actually looking for someone at an intermediate level. Overall, it was a good experience though.
