The HR was not transparent about the status of my application throughout the interview process. I was left in the dark about the next steps, and it seemed like they were keeping me as a backup option until they found their preferred candidate. The entire process dragged on for two months, with them stringing me along without giving a clear answer about whether they wanted to proceed. I was constantly reaching out for updates and only received vague responses about the timeline, what was next, and their interest level. It would have been more professional for them to reject me clearly rather than putting me through this vague rollercoaster of uncertainty. After several months of excuses like the hiring manager being sick, out of office, or on vacation, and promises of 'I'll get back to you next week,' they finally informed me that they had decided to hire someone else. I was shocked by their unprofessionalism.

The interview process was really nice, with 4 rounds in total. The talent acquisition person was super chill and easy to chat with. The hiring manager was fast and knew what they wanted, even giving me helpful feedback. All in all, it was a genuinely good experience.

First, a third-party recruiter screened me before the hiring manager interview was set up. The recruiter was super rude, one of the worst I've encountered in my 20 years. Then, the hiring manager was aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. He ignored my background info and made weird comments. I kept getting cut off when I tried to respond. He just hung up on me. Dodged a bullet, and I'd advise others to avoid this company for sales roles.
