Program Analyst
We'll ask some random questions about your past experience to validate your resume. We'll also check your capabilities and see if you're a good organizational fit. You'll need to demo your Excel skills, and we'll ask some scenario-based questions to gauge your decision-making. You'll have three interviews: one with HR, one with a Subject Matter Expert, and one with your Manager.
- Thinking about the last 3 years, which project or assignment stands out as your most proud accomplishment?
- On the flip side, can you share a project or assignment you wish you could have another opportunity to complete?
Analyst
First off, there's a 1-on-1 with HR, which is super basic. They'll chat about your background and any past work you've done. If not, they'll cover your education and fill you in on the role. After that, there's a tech round with the TL, then the manager. Finally, it wraps up with HR for salary talks.
