- What is your approach to managing dissatisfied customers?
Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were two parts: first, I talked to a recruiter, and then I had a chat with someone from the team. They asked me about teamwork, how I solve problems, and some stuff specific to the job. The role is about helping out with daily tasks, supporting ongoing projects, and generally making things run smoother and be more organized for the team.

It was pretty standard, with a mix of people at the same level as the role and one from HR. Each interview was about 45 minutes long.
