So I had this phone interview, it was about half an hour, and then after that, I had an in-person interview with one of the dev managers, that lasted like 30-45 minutes. The whole thing took like 2-3 weeks to get through. They gave me a week to decide on the offer.

A recruiter from the company reached out via email about 2 months after my LinkedIn application. We set up a call which was pretty weird. The recruiter really pushed me to completely change my resume to better fit the job description and look more appealing to the hiring manager. They asked some odd questions that made more sense after I looked up the company's terrible Glassdoor reviews. The recruiter bragged about valuing communication and trust, expecting the same from candidates. This turned out to be nonsense because they completely ghosted me after I emailed them my updated resume. It's obvious this place is a mess, struggling with high turnover due to a toxic culture. Glad I didn't get hired, I'd rather work somewhere else than deal with that.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn about a possible job. After a quick chat on the phone, I had an in-person meeting with some of the developers who manage the team.
