Recruiter
The interview process started with an initial chat with TA, and then there was a final round. They asked pretty general questions. Nothing unexpected or out of the ordinary happened. It was a quick process, and they got back to me with an answer in a timely manner.

Recruiter
The interview process was...interesting.. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first 2 were with the same woman, who was very nice. She then told me that for my 3rd interview, I'd be job shadowing then meeting with the director of recruiting. I get on for the job shadowing, and it's just another recruiter grilling me with more questions, asking the same question over and over, just rewording it. Then picking apart every response I give, giving me dirty looks the entire time. She wasn't nice. Not very encouraging to see during an interview. Again, no job shadowing. I then get on with the recruiting director and somebody else as well. They were nice enough. Again, still asking the same questions I've been asked 50 times prior, so I'm running out of ways to answer the questions differently. They also ask me how the job shadowing went, that didn't happen. I didn't want to call anyone out, so I didn't mention that I didn't get to shadow. The recruiter I spoke with that I was supposed to be job shadowing gave me so many red flags and just made me feel uncomfortable in general, so I'm kind of glad they did not offer me the position. I feel it's important to note, I am more than qualified for this position. I believe I got rejected due to the "sorority girl" mentality of the one I was supposed to job shadow, who decided to "interview" me instead. Overall, I'd avoid this place. Seems like a toxic place to work.

Training and Development Specialist
The interview process was pretty simple. First, I talked to the Recruiter for a quick pre-screen. Then, I had two more interviews. The first one was with the department manager, and the second one was with both the department manager and my potential direct supervisor. They said I'd hear back in about half a week after the second interview, but that they were still interviewing, so it might take a bit longer. After 10 days with no word, I emailed them for an update. They never responded. It was pretty disappointing that they didn't even bother to send a follow-up.

Travel Nurse Recruiter
The interview process started out normal. A brief phone call to introduce the company and position with a recruiter in Cincinnati, another phone call for a formal phone interview with the same recruiter, another phone call with Dan D in Georgia to get his stamp of approval, and then an in shadow day/person interview in Phoenix. Shadow Day is where my red flags came up. The office is in the start up phase, that can be worked with. However when I interviewed with the 2 "managers" I did leave with some unanswered questions. I later learned from the original phone interviewer in Cincinnati that the gentlemen I met with were not managers. In fact, there was currently no manager in the office. They're "working on it." Would have been nice to know that up front. I asked the 2 interviewers what they are looking for in an employee? They said, "we just want someone that is the best. Someone that is going to come in here and really push us to better, and be the best." Okay... glad you don't want to work with average people but what does the best look like to you??? I asked the 2 interviewers to review compensation with me. They said, "Oh we don't handle that." I asked, "Who is the person to talk to then?" Their response, "The interviewer in Cincinnati, will determine starting compensation." I'm personally not comfortable working where my direct manager doesn't have influence over my pay.. In the end, the recruiter in Cincinnati said that they are not in a position to proceed with hiring anyone until they have the management situation figured out in the Phoenix office, and ended the interviewing process.
