Software Engineer
First, there's an aptitude test to check how good you are at solving problems and thinking things through. Then, you go into a technical round to see what you know about the subjects and your technical skills. Lastly, you have HR and manager chats to see if you communicate well, fit into the company culture, and can make good decisions. It's a solid way to make sure they find the right people efficiently.
- Can you explain the Dot Net Architecture and how it is efficient for software development?
Technical Lead
This was a pretty straightforward interview process. They started with some basic questions to see if I could work with specific technologies like IBM WebSphere, Portal, and Portlets, as well as Java. They also asked about my experience with documentation, technical documentation, and if I was open to traveling to client sites. Finally, we discussed my work history.
- Do you have experience writing documentation?
- Do you know how to write documentation?
- Are you familiar with IBM WebSphere?
Software Engineer
It was a college placement opportunity. Round 1 had an aptitude test, MCQs on computer science subjects, and a coding round. Round 2 was a technical interview, and Round 3 was an HR interview. I got my offer released early in Jan 2024, with a joining date of Aug 2024. But then they delayed the offer and revised it to Nov 4, 2024. Again they delayed the offer from Nov and haven't told me when to join. Many said it's a good company to learn from, but for us, they kept delaying the offer without any proper reasons.
- Live coding questions including fibonacci, sorting algorithms, palindrome check, and reversing a list.
- Explain OOPs concepts with examples.
- Discuss variations in C, CPP, Java, and Python.
