The interview process included a phone call with HR that took ages to schedule and was constantly rescheduled, then the HR person was late. After passing that, there was a 1:1 interview with a team lead, which was also unprofessional with the interviewer being late and unprepared. This interview turned into a critique session where I felt belittled. I also had a written test and was told I did well and would hear back in a week. After a week, I followed up and got a generic rejection email. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional throughout.

The interview process was pretty fast. I started with a quick 30-minute intro call about the company and the role. Then, about a week later, I had a longer, hour-long phone interview. After that, there was an in-person interview in Chicago that lasted about an hour. Overall, it felt organized and moved quickly. However, during the on-site, the interviewer was running late, which, given the company's nature, I can understand. He also kept checking his phone and left it on the table. When I asked if it was work-related, he mentioned it was personal. The company seems to have a young and flexible outlook, but I found the interview process itself to be quite unprofessional.

It began with a phone screening. Following that, there was a Google Hangouts interview with the founder, which was primarily focused on personality. Another interview was conducted with an engineer. Both of these individuals were quite friendly, and the discussions were largely informal.
