Applied on LinkedIn and got a response pretty quickly. After that, things slowed down a lot. The first interview was scheduled a month later. The whole process involved 4-5 interviews, with 2-3 weeks between each. My first two interviews were good, but the one with the top business manager didn't go well because they were late and had terrible internet issues making the Zoom call unusable. My fourth interview, scheduled right after the third, got postponed twice and then canceled. I found out I didn't get the job about 10 days later. It took 3 months for an entry-level position, which is too long unless you're desperate.

The whole interview process took approximately six weeks, but then it took another six weeks to get feedback. The interviews themselves were pretty interesting and not overly hard. It kicked off with a chat with HR about my personality, work history, hobbies, and other general stuff to see if I'd generally fit in. After that, I interviewed with the site lead, the business operations director, and even a co-founder. I thought these were great because I got to talk to people from all levels of the company, understand the culture, and see how different roles viewed the company and their own contribution. The interviews weren't anything too unusual, though the second one was the most technical and included some unexpected situational questions I can't quite remember now. My only real complaint is that it took almost three months from my first interview to find out if I got the job, even though I was told I'd hear back in about 4-5 weeks.

So I had 3 rounds total. First was a screening with HR, then a more technical and behavior-based interview with a manager, and the last one was with a VP. The first two interviews went pretty well, but the third one was kinda confusing. It felt like they asked a lot of the same questions, and it ended kind of abruptly because the VP finished it early. It wasn't as good of a conversation as the previous ones. They were polite and direct though. I didn't hear anything about an offer until like a month later when they just randomly reached out. I think I might have messed up how I answered things to match the VP's perspective or maybe I just didn't understand what they were asking.
