I was contacted by Brian Fraley for an initial phone screening. Afterward, I completed a Hirevue assessment. The hiring manager reviewed my Hirevue submission and then conducted a phone interview with me. Following that, I had another phone interview with the VP of Regional Sales. Since I'm an internal candidate, both the hiring manager and VP were already familiar with me, which might explain why they opted for phone interviews instead of the usual face-to-face for this role.

Behavioral Presentation

I got this job through an internal promotion, so I had 3 interviews: first with the hiring manager, then a panel of my peers, and finally the VP of sales. The company looks for people with a proven track record of success, who can manage and grow a team of future leaders, and who can develop an employee-focused culture. Even though it took about a month from applying to get through the process, they want to make sure they find the right fit for the team and the company.
