The hiring process is in multiple steps. They begin with a HireVue, then you interview with the potential manager, you will also do a presentation on a subject of choice to show presenting skills. After that, you will interview up the chain with leadership including Sales Director to VP and possibly to the very top. They do this to promote a culture of open door leadership within.

A recruiter called me about a job I applied for on Indeed. I had a 30-40 minute phone screen where we talked about the company, job expectations, and my past work, and they asked some questions about my experience. Then, I had to complete an online digital assessment. A few days later, they called to give me feedback and set up an in-person interview with a local hiring manager. In that interview, I gave a 5-minute presentation on a topic of my choice. After that, the recruiter called again to schedule another phone interview with a Senior Sales Manager. Finally, I had my last interview with the VP of Sales.
