Customer Service Representative
I went through three interviews for this position and was not selected. They said I was a good fit, but they hired someone with more phone experience. I have 10+ years in call centers and customer service, so I'm done with them.
- Why do you think you'd be a good fit for our company?
Customer Service Representative
So the whole hiring thing started with a nice chat over the phone with HR, Katie. We talked about why I'm into this gig and what I did before jumping into a call center. Then, I actually went in person to meet Sam, who's a customer service supervisor. We went over some standard interview stuff, like how I'm with a team, what makes me stand out, and my general thoughts on customer service work. I was supposed to chat with Anastacia, the manager, but she wasn't there that day, sadly. But hey, they decided right then and there to offer me the job!
- What are four qualities you believe are essential for customer service?
- Tell me about your past experiences working in a team.
- What is it about this role that sparks your interest?
Customer Service Representative
I interviewed with an agency first, and they then set me up with PL for the main interview. It was a really good interview, super friendly and they gave me a lot of info about the company and the job, plus growth opportunities. I heard back super fast and was ready to start my training within two weeks.
