The first step was a 15-minute screening phone call. The interviewer asked about my background, like my school and major, and also some specific questions about my resume. After that, I got feedback and they scheduled a video interview with the internship boss. We had a good connection, and the interview lasted 30 minutes. He's looking for candidates who are hardworking and personable.

First, I had to take an online test with some questions about myself and a few math problems. Then, a manager and an HR person interviewed me over the phone for about an hour, mostly asking STAR format questions. After that, I went on-site. On the first night, they gave me a tour of the data center. The next day, I had 4 interview rounds. Again, all STAR format questions. Two interviews were face-to-face, one was over the phone, and one was in a video conference room. After interning for 3 months, they offered me a full-time job.

Behavioral Technical

I found this IT internship online and applied. They first had me take a test at their Raleigh office. It was like an IQ test with some standard verbal questions where you had to determine if a statement was true, false, or couldn't be determined from given information. There was also a part about behavior. The onsite interview had 4 groups, each with 2 people, and they asked BEHAVIORAL questions. There were 10 questions in total. Just be ready for general behavioral questions and you'll do fine. The office is really cool; everyone seemed to enjoy their work and were helpful. They dress casually.
