Behavioral Technical

The hiring process can take a while, about 4 months, so you'll need to be patient. Initially, things move fast: an online assessment, then a phone interview, and possibly a virtual or in-person interview depending on the role. After that, the pace slows down significantly. This is where patience is key; avoid excessive contact with HR or your recruiter, as they will respond. You should expect a decision on an offer within two weeks after your final interview, or you'll be notified if an offer isn't extended. Post-offer, more patience is required as you await emails with next steps, the timing of which is uncertain. Once those emails arrive, you'll start your career with initial training, followed by supervised customer interaction, and finally, independent work. Good luck, stay professional, and be patient.
