Presentation

The interview process was unnecessarily complicated. They required me to create and present a PowerPoint presentation. They didn't have the budget to hire me, yet they wasted my time by calling me into the office and then offered a low salary.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very streamlined and quick, with no hiccups. It was a 3-round interview process, not too long or complicated. We had a quick discussion about salary. Benefits could be better aligned if they can provide hybrid work.

Behavioral Other

I talked to the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the VP of hiring, and finally a peer. The hiring manager was really nice, and the recruiter was helpful the whole time. The VP was nice too. I had the best conversation with the peer, we really hit it off and I got to ask a lot of specific questions about the job. They were also really upfront about the good, the bad, and the ugly of the role.
