It took me about a month to finish the interview process. I first submitted my resume and got a call a few days later for a phone screening. After the phone screening, I was invited to a Zoom interview with two assistant managers and another employee from Shrader House. They asked me questions about how I'd handle a crisis. The next step was the final interview, which was in person at the company's location. This interview focused on chemistry and fit. When I got there, I waited to be taken to a room where two other employees joined us. During the interview, four people asked me about my experience and how I'd handle a crisis. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes, but the team seemed to have a negative vibe.

I went through two in-person interviews. The first was with the site's manager and assistant manager. The second interview was with three current Residential Counselors. I also had to complete some paperwork in person, so it's good to have all your personal info ready. The questions were pretty standard: what are your strengths/weaknesses, and what kind of work environment do you prefer. I also had to write a response to a scenario involving a client. The company culture seems really focused on social awareness and making a positive impact, but it felt like they might be understaffed and overworked. In the end, they offered me a part-time role with less pay than what I applied for.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty straightforward. All the questions focused on how I handle people and crises. They asked about hypothetical situations to see how I'd deal with managing a crisis and also about dealing with interpersonal stuff with coworkers.

The interview process was brief and direct. It was conducted over Zoom and the atmosphere was relaxed, making me feel comfortable and allowing me time to think through my answers. All the necessary application paperwork was sent via email, and responses were prompt. From the point where all requirements were fulfilled, it took about a month until I started working.
