I had a phone interview for an entry level position with Progeny Systems, arranged by John Galt staffing. It was supposed to be with two team members but turned out to be around 4 or 5. While one person was professional, the others weren't. There was a lot of nitpicking and outdated info, like saying HTML5 is turning complete and should be listed as a programming language. They were looking for way more than a typical university grad could offer.

I spoke with four different groups. They asked me about technical aspects of my past projects and described the roles they were hiring for. A couple days later, Progeny reached out to ask which department I preferred.
