Account Executive
I was fed all the info I needed by my recruiter, which I kind of regret now. It took like a month of interviews to get in. I had 2 phone interviews with the sales directors, then 2 in-person ones with them too, and a final chat with CEO Jodi. My recruiter really gave me the whole playbook to get hired.
- What value do you bring and what sets you apart?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a difficult or rude client.
Account Executive
I spoke with a recruiter first, and then went through three main parts of the interview process. There were two phone screenings: one with the CEO and another with the Director of Sales. Finally, there was an in-person interview with the President, CEO, and Director of Sales. I got an offer within two weeks. It was pretty easy and the questions were really specific to the industry.
- What about this industry sparks your interest?
- What drives you to perform at your best?
- Can you tell us about your weaknesses and how we can help you develop them into strengths?
Account Executive
The interview process was very streamlined and the management team made you feel comfortable to be yourself. The CEO and VP of sales seemed to be more interested in who you are rather than what you can do. They are looking for strong people but not people that are going to strong arm others. Don't get me wrong, you still need to be tenacious and a hard worker.
- Nothing more difficult than any other interview.
