The interview process started with a Zoom call with two employees who worked closely with the role. Then, there was an in-person meeting with three employees, including the CFO. The final interview was with the CEO. Even though they said the President, who they kept mentioning as being very particular, expected responses within four hours, they ended up ghosting me. It feels like this company won't change until the board members start retiring. The CEO asked me if I paid for my own schooling, which felt irrelevant and inappropriate.

So I got referred by a friend and then met the President at a networking event. After that, I had a phone interview with my future manager. Then I did an in person interview with my future manager, and literally 2 minutes later, another person from the team interviewed me. A few days later, I had a face to face meeting with the CEO off campus.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very streamlined and the management team made you feel comfortable to be yourself. The CEO and VP of sales seemed to be more interested in who you are rather than what you can do. They are looking for strong people but not people that are going to strong arm others. Don't get me wrong, you still need to be tenacious and a hard worker.

Confirmed questions1 question

I chatted with the interviewer, who was nice. We toured the workshop and talked about the job. They didn't ask me much. It felt like a normal fabrication job at a place that works closely with customers.
